He comes from a versatile background which has enabled him, with the knowledge and contacts, to transition into commercial real estate with confidence.      Jake is known to constantly exceed his client's expectations. He prides himself on continually educating himself on the growing trends of the market, which enables him the tools and strategy to assist each client in a timely and efficient manner.      He is currently working towards a CCIM designation and has attended CCIM 101, 103, and 104 Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment.
