With over eighteen years experience in general contracting, real estate development and real estate brokerage, Mr. Ferro is a native of Southern California where he learned the construction trade working for the family business, Ferro Construction. In order to gain a greater depth of experience, he joined Irvine based general contractor, Breton Construction in 1985 and later went on to become a Vice President for Birtcher (MBK) in Southern California.
Ferro relocated to Utah in 1992 to join Union Pointe Construction Corporation as Vice President. During his eight-year tenure he was involved with numerous commercial, industrial and office projects ranging from $1 million to $35 million.

facility in Draper, 90,000 sf Woodland Towers
The Home Depot and Target Stores in Midvale,
the 225,000 sf OfficeMax
Distribution Facility for Chicago based IDI, and the

Truck Facility in Salt Lake City.
His past experience in working with large development firms, general contractors, investment groups, real estate firms, architects, engineers, and city municipalities coupled with experience in large-scale construction and construction management of office, industrial, distribution and mixed-use retail projects provides substantial knowledge in evaluating buildings and properties.
Mr. Ferro's emphasis is in Investment Properties and has been a licensed real estate broker in California since 1985 and Utah since 1992. Prior to joining InterNet Properties, he owned and operated his own real estate brokerage firm and real estate finance company. He earned a Batchelor of Arts degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Economics from California
State University at Fullerton. Current affiliations include NAIOP, Utah Investment Council, and ICSC.
