     Eric Fuhrman is a skilled agent with a wide range of expertise. His involvement includes the sales and leasing of various investments, businesses, retail, office and industrial properties.  As a specialist in the Salt Lake City commercial market, Eric stands ready and willing to put 110% into every project he takes on.

     Eric’s versatile background allows him to draw from a broad range of talent and skills to ensure success in all he sets out to accomplish.

     Early in his career, Eric focused mainly on property management and has extensive experience managing properties in New York, New Jersey and in Utah.

     Eric relocated to Utah in 1988 and continued his involvement in the property management industry. Additionally, Eric opened a restaurant in Salt Lake City named “Christy’s” which he owned and operated from 1988 - 1994. This experience gave Eric the opportunity to meet and work with many people from the community.  The hard work and integrity that Eric brings to all his endeavors have provided him with numerous long term  contacts and clients across the valley.  His networking ability also greatly aided his transition into commercial real estate. 

     Eric joined the InterNet Properties team in 1996 and has enjoyed his involvement with Utah’s commercial real estate market ever since. True to his strong community ties and desire to help local businesses thrive, Eric takes pride in the opportunities he has had to work with many local companies.
