During this period he has covered a wide range of expertise: including the sale of residential, investment, land sales, sell and leasing of office, industrial and retail properties. Scott manages all real estate and investments for family related entities. Scott concentrates on Investment, Office and Industrial properties. He has assisted and consulted with clients and personally handled more than $30,000,000 in transactions.      Scott holds BS in finance, BS in Political Science as well as an MBA with a marketing emphasis from the University of Utah.      Scott is a founding member and managing partner of Wasatch Business Brokers, LC. Wasatch Business Brokers, LC was founded in 1992 to assist the owners of privately held manufacturing, distribution, and service businesses in the sale of their companies. He specializes in the middle market of this industry concentrating on businesses valued between $500,00-$10,00,000. Wasatch Business Brokers (WBB) has been a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) since inception.      Scott takes an active role in the community from being a youth soccer coach to 2002 Olympic Winter Games volunteer as well as serving on several community boards.
