      Dan Libin brings his energy, enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail to the team at Internet Properties. He has a wealth of experience in contract negotiation, public relations, and promotions and marketing. Dan began working in commercial real estate as a property manager in Calgary, Canada. He worked in all aspects of the industry, but focused his efforts in the maintenance and leasing of commercial and industrial warehouses. Using his excellent interpersonal skills, Dan helped many tenants and landlords negotiate contracts.

     After several years in property management, Dan had gained the experience, skills and knowledge necessary to work as a professional commercial real estate broker.

     His abilities have given him the opportunity to work with such clients as Appliance Warehouse, Security National & Senior Housing Services.    
     
     Dan understands the need to listen and knows how to communicate in order to bring transactions to close.   Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate Dan worked extensively in the entertainment and promotions industry, both in the United States and in Canada. In this capacity he conceived and implemented marketing and promotional strategies, created marketing and collateral materials such as brochures, posters and programs, and helped increase season subscribers for theatre companies.

     Dan was also responsible for securing and managing engagements for artists and Broadway productions. His innate ability to work with people and resolve conflicts, and his exceptional negotiating skills, helped him to secure contracts with such talent as B.B. King, Liza Minelli, and Marie Osmond. He has marketed, promoted and managed thousands of engagements across North America.

     Dan brings his knowledge and vast experience of negotiation to every transaction in which he is involved. His work ethic combined with his drive and determination guarantee that success will follow him wherever he goes.
