Dave Nielson joined InterNet properties in 2007, but has been involved with various aspects of commercial real estate since 2003.

     Born and raised in Southern California, Dave enjoys several outdoor recreational and competitive sports. His dedication and drive in sports have been useful qualities in making the transition into real estate; he is committed to completing each project with success.

     Dave moved to Utah to attend the University of Utah where he attained his Bachelor of Science degree in economics.  He also offers a range of experience gained from past work experience, volunteer opportunities and different leadership roles that have presented themselves over the years. Currently Dave sits on the Board of his Home owners association.  Dave prides himself in being sensitive to the unique needs of every client, and understands the importance of hard work, good communication and attention to detail with each project.
