Vasilios Priskos is the Principle Broker and Founder of InterNet Properties, Inc., which he established in 1994. Vasilios Graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He is a member of the Alta Club and the Salt Lake Country Club.
Vasilios was the exclusive broker for One/Main Plaza on the southeast corner of 100 South and Main Street in Salt Lake City. This redevelopment project has nearly 200,000 square feet of office and retail space. He is currently involved in numerous committees
including the Downtown Alliance (current chair of the Main Street
Committee), former board member of The Children's Museum, served on the
Board of Realtors Grievance Committee, the 2002 Winter Olympics
committees, and the Westminster College Foundation Board.
Vasilios has close relationships with
downtown property owners, state and local government, the Downtown
Alliance/Salt Lake Chamber, the Heritage Foundation (presidents circle),
and the Salt Lake Redevelopment Agency. These relationships have proven to
provide added benefit in acquisition, disposition and leasing properties
that InterNet represents.
He remains in constant communication with
Salt Lake City official concerning downtown issues and is considered an
active force in the challenges related to the redevelopment of downtown
real estate. With the vast knowledge and associations Vasilios has
acquired, his views are often sought after by investors, bankers, real
estate brokers and appraisers.
