DAVID WINNIE dwinnie@iproperties.com      David Winnie has been active in the commercial/retail real estate industry since 1984. His expertise as a broker, developer and development consultant gives him a comprehensive understanding of both marketing and development of commercial projects of all sizes. His clients have benefited by his knowledge and experience in areas such as site selection, assemblages, contract negotiations, rezoning and acquisitions.      Before joining InterNet Properties Inc., Dave was the principal broker and president of Western States Development Group, and as such served a varity of retail clients involving both development and brokerage services. His first eight years of his career was as a retail specialist for CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis). As a result of his hard work early on in his career he was honored as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club through the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.      His experience, professionalism, markets knowledge and ability to work with local governmental agencies have provided his clientele with a full menu of commercial/retail services and solutions. He has represented an array of local, regional and national tenants, landlords and developers with such notables as: The Home Depot, McDonald's, Fred Meyer, Phillips Edison & Company, Walgreen's, Albertson's, Smiths Food & Drug, Starbucks, Wendy's and Outback Steakhouse. He has a strong belief in honesty and integrity and in giving something back to the communities in which he both works and lives. This philosophy has been important in insuring his longevity and success in the business. He has played an active role in (ICSC), International Council of Shopping Center Mountain States Division, as well as serving on the Board of Adjustments for Sandy City for the past 9 years.
